The Hampstead Players 2008 Summer Production

The Hampstead Players Summer Production 2008 will be
We Happy Few, directed by Matthew Stevens.

Inspired by the true story of the Osiris Players, the play is set against the backdrop of the Second World War and tells the story of a group of women who come together to form a "girls only" theatre company to take the plays of Shakespeare around a culture-starved Britain.

The production will be performed in the open air, outside the Church (weather permitting!) from 10 - 12 July (with a possible additional performance on 13th as part of the Southwest Fest, Pimlico).
